General Speech

Therapy Fun

Want a great and easy activity for working on multiple articulation sounds or phonological processes? Try this one!

Step 1: get 3 different gift bags

Step 2: fill each gift back with pictures for one target sound. I used initial /k/, initial /f/ and words with multiple syllables.

Step 3: let the child pick a word from each bag.

Step 4: after 3 successful repetitions of the target word, the child gets a sticker on the sticker card.

For added repetitions, pick stickers that hit the target sound (ex. “Fairy stickers” when /f/ is a target sound).

As part of the home program, send the sticker card home with the sounds to focus on for the week.

Happy speech therapy month!!!
